Dr. Sexsmith has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. After graduating from the U of S, he worked in the Canadian Forces a number of years before beginning a career in the private sector.
Dr. Sexsmith opened Westlake Dental in 2004 and has been serving the community of Lloydminster ever since. His passion with lasers began within his dental practice, being the first in the local industry to introduce Laser dentistry.He recently completed an MSc in Laser Dentistry (2019) through the University of Aachen, Germany, finishing impressively in the top 4 in his class.Naturally, Laser therapy in Cosmetics would be his next venture. Opening Nouveau Laser and Aesthetics Centre, to further serve the community of Lloydminster with the most sought-after treatments in Hollywood, are now available in our community.

Vanessa Arriagada has been in the Aesthetic industry for over 17 years. One of her passions in life has always been, empowering women and helping them feel and look their best.
She strongly believes that continuing to educate yourself in your art is vital in staying current and up to date with the latest treatments.
When she’s not working, you can find her in the sports stands cheering on her kids.
She is passionate about anything related to skin health, art, architecture, design, her kids, traveling and learning.

DR. DAVID SPANGENBERG
MEDICAL DIRECTOR/ MBChB
David grew up in South Africa in a town called Kroonstad. He attended high school at the Afrikaanse Hoërskool Kroonstad.
He completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Entomology and Zoology before studying Medicine (M.B.,Ch.B.) at the University of the Free State. David worked in Windhoek (Namibia) and Nelspruit (South Africa) from 2005-2008 before moving to Canada, where he has been at the Maidstone clinic and hospital since 2008.
David has two children, Nina and Naudé . His passions in life are his kids, fishing, cooking/baking and eating copious amounts of chocolate.Other than that, he plays baseball with the Standard Hill Lakers (current league champions) and collects folding knives and of course insects.
Iryna Baydyuk
BScN - REGISTERED NURSE
Iryna was certified by The Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine in Cosmetic Injectables.
This cute Ukrainian sweetheart will charm you with her upbeat and sincere personality. She is passionate about her new career in Aesthetic Medicine and loves meeting new clients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. You can find her @nurseirynayll
When she is not at Nouveau, she is busy assisting in the OR and ER at the Vermillion Hospital. You can rest assured, that if she is taking care of you at either of these places, you are in good hands!
Iryna is newly engaged to the love of her life and enjoys traveling.
CHELSIE CHRISTISON
CERTIFIED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Chelsie completed her training in advanced clinical esthetics at The Esthetic Institute in Calgary, Alberta.
She is excited to share her passion while continuing to learn new treatments and techniques.
She loves enhancing natural beauty and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Chelsie grew up in the small town of Bethune, Saskatchewan and moved to her fiancee’s family farm outside of Lloydminster. She is excited to get to know the community and wonderful people of Lloyd.
In her spare time, she can be found outside in the sun (with sunscreen on of course), hanging out with her dog, or in the barn with the cows.
Logan Edwards

Logan recently completed her Medical Aesthetics certification at Lakeland College in 2022 and is excited to grow in this industry.
She is eager to meet new people and faces and is ready to help them feel confident in their own skin, using the right treatments and products for them.
She is from small town Nipawin, Saskatchewan but currently resides in Lloydminster with her partner & daughter.
When she is not in clinic, she is hanging out with her family and friends making memories and taking in all of what Lloydminster has to offer.
CARRIE SCHNEIDER

Carrie is such a passionate woman. She truly lives life to the fullest. She fills her life with things that bring her joy: travelling the world, trying new cuisine, being active and cherishing time spent with the two loves of her life, Trent and her dog Bentley.
Carrie is a hairstylist by trade, spending over 23 years behind the chair! Although loyal to her hairstyling profession, Carrie loves being challenged. So much so that she is learning all about skincare at Nouveau and has recently decided to dive head first into becoming a student with future plans of becoming a Youth Councillor.

Taylor weiman
CERTIFIED ESTHETICIAN - LPN
Taylor has been in this industry since 2017. She graduated from MC College in Edmonton, AB. Her favourite thing about her career is there is always learning to be done as the industry continues to grow and evolve. The education is endless and she wants to continue to grow and lear new things to keep her lovely clients up to date on all new treatments and services.
Some of her favourite services to perform are anything to do with eyebrows. From waxing, shaping, tinting, henna and lamination. She also really enjoys body sugaring, her top hair removal service is Brazilians.
Recently completing her degree in nursing, she is excited to connect her new career with her passion in beauty.
